Job Title: Chiropractor (Full-Time)

 

Location: Optimal Clinic, Dubai Studio City 

 

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

 

Optimal Clinic is a leading integrative health and wellness centre located in Dubai, focused on providing holistic, personalised care to our patients. We are dedicated to promoting overall well-being by combining traditional and evidence-based Chiropractic practices with complementary therapies. Our team of highly skilled professionals work collaboratively to create customised treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs.

 

We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Chiropractor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, considering medical history, lifestyle, and overall health to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform Chiropractic adjustments, utilising various techniques tailored to each patient’s needs, including manual adjustments, instrument-assisted adjustments, and soft tissue therapies.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, and Nutritionists, to ensure a cohesive and integrative approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Educate patients on the importance of Chiropractic care, posture, ergonomics, and preventive measures to maintain optimal spinal health.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Chiropractic medicine to continuously improve patient care.
• Participate in clinic outreach and community events to promote Chiropractic services and the Optimal Clinic brand.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and professional standards to maintain a safe and ethical environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current registration with the appropriate Chiropractic Association or Board.

• Valid and current registration with Dubai Health Authority.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to a patient-centred approach and a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate patient schedules.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered an asset.
